Eating In Whilst Eating Out!!!!

Since March 2020 when we went into national lockdown we have all been missing doing our normal day to day activities. Since last year there has been a big demand for our restaurant favourites to give us their special recipes so that we can make these special dishes at home. I personally tried making a pizza express pizza at home (picture shown) I loved doing it myself and I felt that it tasted just as good. I recognise that I had to spend the time making the pizza and that I had to buy the ingredients, but if i’m honest I enjoyed sitting in my pyjamas in the comfort of my own home, with a movie on being able to eat one of my favourite meals, that actually tasted pretty good!

We all know that lockdown has created the new normal and that more of us will start to work from home on a regular basis, because of this I believe that more people will continue the trend of cooking at home, this allows us to control what we are eating, the cost, and to ensure our own personal preferences are met every time.
